Sacred Moments offers Death Doula, Soul Doula, and Serious Illness Companion services, providing holistic, non-medical support to individuals and families facing serious illness, aging, and the end of life. 

As Death Doulas, Soul Doulas, and Serious Illness Companions, we provide guidance, advocacy, and compassionate presence before, during, and after death so individuals and their loved ones can move with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.

Guided by your answers, we also help you create a comprehensive and personalized end-of-life plan.  This is a living roadmap that supports individuals, families, and care partners before, during, and after death.

Your plan may include advance healthcare directives, legacy wishes, rituals, memorial planning, personal care instruction, and guidance for loved ones, all shaped by your beliefs, culture, and lived experience.

Through life review and legacy work, we support you in reflecting on your life and sharing your story through conversation, writing, recordings, photographs, or other creative expressions so your voice, wisdom, and love are preserved and passed on.

We also offer celebrant services, thoughtfully planning and facilitating meaningful ceremonies such as celebrations of life, memorials, vigils, and rituals. These gatherings honor who you are, how you lived, and what you value, creating space for remembrance, connection, and healing.
